CSi High-tech Moulds
 
Not only can CSi technology be applied to paving-stone molds, it can also be used in combination with molds for masonry blocks, slope paving sett and curbstones. With molds it is CSi, for tamper shoes it is Si. Si-tamper shoes have hardened surfaces.
 
As the only mold builder to do so at the time, RAMPF developed the CSi technique in the Ninety’s and is now producing CSi molds in series including all the hardening at its own hardening stations. A consistently high level of hardness slows down the wear and in this way, the mold is given a longer service life.
