Design & Construction:

In close consultation with our customers and your colleagues, you will develop the stone design as well as the optimal shape for our customers' stone. In doing so, you will work together with other departments and develop both RAMPF standard and customer-specific solutions.

Work Preparation:

In close coordination with other departments, you are responsible for the coordination of our orders. You ensure a smooth flow of orders and are thus the link between sales, design and manufacturing.

Manufacturing:

In the production department you will realize our products. Due to our large vertical range of manufacture, you can work in a wide variety of areas. These range from the cutting of metal parts, the operation of state-of-the-art milling machines, welding work in special construction to work in our company's own hardening shop.

Paint shop:

You make our molds shine. After production, you are responsible for giving the molds your color before they are shipped to our customers.

Administration:

There are various areas in which you can work. These include purchasing, shipping, controlling as well as financial accounting and accounting. In all departments you will make an important contribution to the success of our company.

Human Resources:

The development of our personnel as well as the recruiting of new employees is a central part of our corporate strategy. Support our HR department and help us build a team that is ready for action and fit for the future.

Strategy and projects:

You actively participate in the implementation of the corporate strategy and the modernization of the company and carry out cross-departmental projects together with your colleagues.

Your written application should include a cover letter, your curriculum vitae, your references including your (high) school diploma, and any certificates you may have. After reviewing your documents, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How does the whole thing work for us?

First of all, we have an initial conversation to get to know each other. In doing so, we would like to introduce the RAMPF company to you and get to know you in a personal interview lasting about one hour. The focus here is on getting to know each other personally and understanding the advertised job.

In a possible second interview we will talk in more detail about the position to be filled and your qualifications. We can also clarify any open questions you may have from the first interview. Depending on the department, a trial workday may take place in conjunction with the second interview, giving you the opportunity to get to know the job and your colleagues.

If the interview is positive for both sides, we will make you a contract offer after the interview and look forward to your start at RAMPF.
