Use of your personal data and your rights – Information pursuant to Articles 13, 14, and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

2. What categories of personal data do we process?

We process data related to your application. This may include general personal data (such as your name, address, and contact details), information about your professional qualifications and education (resume, certificates, etc.), information about professional development, or other information that you provide to us in connection with your application.

3. Why do we process your data and on what legal basis?

We process your data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the application process and assessing your suitability for the advertised position.

The processing of your personal data is governed by Article 6(1)(b) of the EU GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) as amended.

Your personal data will not be processed for any other purposes.

4. Who receives your data?

Recipients and categories of recipients of your personal data for the purpose of achieving the objective are or may be, according to our current application process: responsible managing director, responsible supervisor, human resources department.

When weighing up the respective interests, we take into account in particular the type of personal data, the purpose of processing, the circumstances of processing, and your interest in the confidentiality of your personal data.

5. Other redirects

At Rampf Formen GmbH, we do not transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations, nor do we intend to do so.

6. How long will your data be stored?

Where necessary, we process and store your personal data for the period during which the employment relationship is being established. 

The data you enter on this website will remain stored in our application system for up to 6 months after your last activity. This period is necessary to comply with documentation requirements. If you are hired, your data will be stored in your personnel file.

7. To what extent is there automated decision-making in individual cases (including profiling)?

Rampf Formen GmbH does not use automated processing procedures, including profiling, to make decisions about establishing and executing a contractual relationship (Art. 22 EU GDPR).

8. What data protection rights do you have?

As a data subject, you have the right to 

  • information pursuant to Art. 15 EU GDPR,
  • rectification pursuant to Art. 16 EU GDPR,
  • erasure pursuant to Art. 17 EU GDPR,
  • restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 EU GDPR, and
  • the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 EU GDPR.
  • In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 EU GDPR.


In principle, pursuant to Art. 21 EU GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data by Rampf Formen GmbH if this is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) EU GDPR.

If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right under Art. 7 (3) EU GDPR to revoke your consent with effect for the future. The consent remains effective until the time of revocation.

11. Are you obliged to provide data?

As part of the application process with Rampf Formen GmbH, you only need to provide the personal data that is necessary for the initiation and execution of the process or that Rampf Formen GmbH is legally obliged to collect.

If the necessary personal data is not provided, Rampf Formen GmbH may not be able to complete the application process, e.g., from the execution of the application to a possible employment contract.
