We process data related to your application. This may include general personal data (such as your name, address, and contact details), information about your professional qualifications and education, information about professional development, or other information that you provide to us in connection with your application.

The processing of your personal data is necessary in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the EU GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) (as amended) for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or for the performance of a contract to which you are a party in connection with a potential employment relationship.

Your personal data will not be processed for any other purposes.

Recipients and categories of recipients of your personal data for the purpose of achieving the objective are or may be, according to our current application process: responsible managing director, responsible supervisor, human resources department.

At Rampf Formen GmbH, we do not transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations, nor do we intend to do so.

Where necessary, we process and store your personal data for the duration of the initial stages of the employment relationship. If an employment relationship is not established, we will store your data for a further three months after the conclusion of the application process until it is deleted.

Rampf Formen GmbH does not use automated processing procedures, including profiling, to make decisions about establishing and executing a contractual relationship (Art. 22 EU GDPR).

As the data subject, you have the right to

• information pursuant to Art. 15 EU GDPR,
• rectification pursuant to Art. 16 EU GDPR,
• erasure pursuant to Art. 17 EU GDPR,
• restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 EU GDPR, and
• the right to data portability under Art. 20 EU GDPR.
• In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority under Art. 77 EU GDPR.

In principle, under Art. 21 EU GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data by zRampf Formen GmbH if this is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests.

If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right under Art. 7 (3) EU GDPR to revoke this consent with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected.
