Your training at Rampf

Are you interested in studying for a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d) or in an apprenticeship in the technical field as a precision mechanic (m/f/d), electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) or as a technical product designer (m/f/d)? Then we can offer you the right training position!

You too can become part of our team.

We have a total of over 25 trainees in the company and fill approximately five to ten new trainee positions each year. Thanks to our many years of continuous experience with apprentices, we can support you in obtaining a successful degree. We promote your specific strengths and support you in difficult subjects. Thanks to our individual support, the final grade of our trainees is on average 2.2.

Specifically, we support you by:

  • Individual and group discussions for individual support and preparation for the upcoming training goals
  • Tutoring for vocational school at the company if required
  • Joint learning for class tests
  • Theoretical and practical preparation for exams in the company
  • Writing of report books in the company
  • Supplementary courses at the Chamber of Crafts

Your training at RAMPF:

  • Training starts annually on September 1
  • Training duration is 2 years or 3 ½ years
  • Training location is Allmendingen
  • Vocational school is the vocational school Ehingen
  • You will work 37 hours per week, including 1.5 school days.
  • Remuneration according to IG Metall pay scale
  • Benefits are: Public transport allowance, Christmas bonus, vacation bonus, etc.

Internship & Working Student Job:
