With a team of 25 employees, we focus on the sales, repair and engineering needs of our customers. This allows us to offer our customers a local, fast and comprehensive mold service. We perform a wide variety of repairs and modifications for all brands and types of molds for various machines. In doing so, we utilize the latest industry standards and processes.
Our standard procedure involves both sandblasting the molds and providing a detailed inspection report. This gives our customers full transparency as to what mold service is needed and shows the cost even before the repair.
Mold services we offer:
- Repair of inserts, pressure pieces and frames
- Repair of worn and damaged inserts with hard wire
- Grinding out the surfaces of the insert/mold base to ensure flatness
- Modification/adaptation of the frame to be able to use the mold in a machine other than the original one
- Production of new pressure pieces (after measuring the insert)
- Assembly of pressure pieces (if supplied by the customer)
- Adjustment of pressure pieces (new and old) for a perfect centering
- Replacement of mold tops: Standard mold tops, PFE mold tops, heated mold tops, two-stage mold tops
- Attachment of mold top adapters so that they can be used in different machines
- Electronic repairs of heated molds
- Engineering support
- On-site mold inspections
