Our main location in Allmendingen has been expanded and modernized several times since its opening. With our own hardening furnaces, milling machines of the latest generation and professionally equipped manual workstations, we can realize quality products "Made in Germany" here.
About Allmendingen
From Allmendingen we deliver our molds to our customers worldwide.
In addition to the production of new molds, our service team is also located in Allmendingen. This team is on site at our customers' locations worldwide to carry out emergency repairs and to provide support for optimal machine settings.
In addition, we perform various services and repairs at our facility in Allmendingen. Our repairs at molds include but are not limited to:
- Repair of worn and damaged inserts with hard wire.
- Grinding out the surfaces of the insert/mold base to ensure flatness
- Modification/adaptation of the frame to allow the mold to be used in a different machine than the original one
- Production, assembly and adaptation of pressure pieces
- Replacement of mold tops: Standard mold tops, mold tops with filling compensation, heated mold tops, two-stage mold tops
- Fitting of die top adapters so that they can be used in different machines
- Electronic repairs of heated molds
- Testing of heating, hydraulic and pneumatic elements
