The folding wall form is our form for curbs and bed edgings with a high quality surface due to a facing layer. Kerbs and bed edgings finished with facing concrete can be used both in horticulture and in road construction.
The folding wall makes it possible to insert a facing layer up to the height of the axis of rotation of the folding wall for kerbstones with deep sword bevels.
The folding wall is controlled by a hydraulic system. After the core concrete has been placed and compacted, the wall folds to the side so that when the facing concrete fills the wall, it is also distributed to the side of the block. The hinged wall then closes again to form a resistance for compaction.
