TOPROC® is the patented special mold for concrete blocks with textured visible surfaces. It enables the texturing of up to five sides of a block – without the need for hydraulics or pneumatics.
TOPROC® works purely mechanically using gravity, which means that no intervention in the machine control system is necessary. The system enables the production of fully textured concrete blocks directly from the mold, eliminating the need for downstream processing steps such as splitting or bush hammering.
With individually interchangeable side walls, TOPROC® offers maximum design freedom for masonry blocks, garden walls, and concrete blocks in gardening and landscaping.

With TOPROC®, there is no need for subsequent splitting, as the surface is already fully textured when it is removed from the mold. This saves you processing time, energy, and personnel costs—and allows you to produce high-quality garden walls, exposed masonry, or concrete blocks with a ready-to-use surface.
Durability and flexibility in operation
TOPROC® requires significantly less maintenance than hydraulic systems. Interchangeable side walls enable quick adjustment or repair, increasing the service life and durability of the formwork. All side walls and pressure pieces can be heated as an option – for concrete with a higher water-cement ratio, less adhesion, and uniform surface quality.
