Wear resistance thanks to CSI Diamond
PRIME-TEC is manufactured in-house and hardened with CSI Diamond. This surface treatment achieves a hardness of up to 68 HRC and specifically counteracts wear. The result: minimal wear, longer service life, and consistently high dimensional accuracy—even under extreme loads.

- Frame insert welded – for maximum stability and durability

- Centering – longer service life thanks to optimal pre-centering
- FlexWay® – pneumatic centering & machine-friendly sliding system; shortens cycle times and minimizes wear on the chamfers of the pressing pieces
- Filling compensation for large-format bricks – uniform density, homogeneous brick structure
- Heating – less adhesion to the pressure pieces, better surfaces
- Vibration insert – decoupling between mold frame and mold insert for better filling and compaction results
- Vibration metals – optimize vibration behavior and compaction for large-format blocks; recommended from approx. 400 × 400 mm
