Drawing plates, drawing mandrels and core drawing equipment

Drawing plates, drawing mandrels and core pulling devices are used when the stone contour requires it. For example, for contours on the underside of the stone (drawing plate with ledges) or for holes in the center of the stone (drawing mandrels).

The drawing sheet is placed between the bottom board and the mold and pulled out by your machine after the filling and compacting process. Drawing mandrels, on the other hand, are inserted into the mold above the bottom board and then withdrawn again after the filling and compacting process. This produces the respective contour.

A drawing board without ledges can also be used if the underside of the brick must be optimal and the production boards no longer guarantee this. These special features can only be applied if the machine supports such a device.
