Oscillator
In molds with oscillator, the mold insert and the mold frame are not firmly connected to each other. Instead, a polymer creates the frictional connection between the insert and the frame.
This allows the mold insert to vibrate in a damped manner and the vibration is transmitted into each individual brick in the mold. As a result, you get increased stone density across all stones in the mold.
The polymer allows the mold insert to vibrate freely, decoupled from the mold frame, and the vibration (energy) is introduced into the mold insert in a targeted manner. As a result, high-quality products can be produced with less energy input.
The result is better service life due to less energy input.
