This is possible because the heating of the thrust blocks reduces the adhesion of the face concrete in particular. In addition, a denser and more closed stone surface is achieved overall, in that, among other things, a higher w/c ratio of the concrete mix is possible.

Overheating during production interruptions is ruled out by our heating control. This power controller also allows individual temperature adjustment to your particular product. The temperature is measured directly at the pressure pieces via a measuring sensor.

The use of the pressure pad heater is a useful addition, especially for structured pressure pads, due to the fast drying of the facing concrete.
