Schwingmetalle

Vibrating metals are a combination of metal and rubber. Here, the connections at the top and bottom are each made of metal and the area in between is made of rubber. The rubber gives the pressure pieces horizontal and vertical flexibility. This enables more uniform precompaction, as the pressure pieces can adapt to the unevenness of the core concrete in the individual mold honeycombs. During the subsequent filling with the facing concrete, the unevenness is evened out.

Other advantages:

The optional strain relief protects the rubbers when they are subjected to tensile loads. Vibrating metals thus provide you with an opportunity to create a closed stone surface without cracks. In addition, minor filling problems can be compensated for and more uniform compaction can be achieved.
