1. Dimensional accuracy and quality at the highest level
TOP-TEC is manufactured from high-quality tool steel, milled, assembled, or welded. Depending on the stone design and construction type, our molds are then case-hardened or nitrocarburized. Precise machining ensures exact fits, clean edges, and consistent results throughout the entire life cycle. The wear-resistant, hardened surface and perfect vibration behavior result in evenly compacted concrete blocks with a defined height and high dimensional stability.
2. Modular design – easy to maintain and durable
On request, the bolted frame insert system allows for easy replacement of wear parts.
This modular design reduces downtime, facilitates maintenance, and extends the service life of the concrete mold.
Frames, inserts, and pins can be reused as needed – for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in everyday production.
3. Precision according to RAMPF standard
Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the RAMPF standard, which specifies tighter tolerances than common industry standards.
