Mold controller
The Mold Controller is a measuring sensor system specially developed for brick pavers. It helps to efficiently optimize individual machine parameters. Important parameters from the vibration network (vibrating table, production base, concrete, mold base and mold top) are recorded. From this, our software derives the production variables that actually have an effect, such as acceleration and frequency.
The measuring sensor can be easily attached to the machine with the help of its magnets. This avoids long production interruptions for mounting the sensor. Overhead mounting, e.g. on the underside of the vibrating table, is also possible. Time-consuming and disturbing cabling is not necessary.
The magnetic mounting guarantees an optimum hold during dynamic measurement of the vibration compound - despite simple mounting.
The Mold Controller creates load profiles when the molding equipment and machine interact. With the aid of these, process changes on the vibration system can be detected in good time and countermeasures can be taken at an early stage in the event of deviations. The risk of unforeseen production downtimes is reduced. In addition, the Mold Controller can store reference measurements of production cycles and use them later as reference values. This means that the machine can always be reset to the values previously defined as optimal.
All in all, the use of the Mold Controller and the subsequent analysis of the measurement data protects the brick production line and extends the service life of molding equipment. The result: The quality of your bricks increases and the service life of your mold is extended!
Vibration Table Controller
The Vibration Table Controller (VTC) has also been specially developed for measuring stone production plants. It is used to measure the vibration compound of your machine for flatness and the distance between the blow bars. With the help of these measurements, the specified ideal values can be set.
When measuring the flatness of the vibrating table, the Vibration Table Controller measures across the filling direction, diagonally and in the filling direction. Furthermore, the parallelism of the bear plate and the upper edge of the vibrating table can be easily measured and adjusted with the Vibration Table Controller. For this purpose, two movable measuring devices are mounted on the top of the VTC.
Since the vibrating table ledges of the block making machines wear both during vibration and during board feeding, the distance between the beater ledges changes and unevenness occurs at the vibrating table. In order to compensate for these deviations, the vibrating table should be regularly checked for flatness and the entire vibrating equipment.
The distance between the beater bars, for example, has a strong influence on the dynamic force application. If there are different distances between the beater bars on the vibrating table, this results in different accelerations on the board and the lower part of the mold. Under certain circumstances, these different accelerations lead to different amplitudes, which can result in the lower part of the mold detaching from the production base to a different extent. This detachment of the production base leads to concrete spillage and increases mold bottom edge wear (so-called elephant foot).
A vibration device that is optimally adjusted with the aid of the Vibration Table Controller improves the compaction result and increases the quality of the block. In addition, all molding equipment and the production machine are protected. All in all, this leads to increased plant availability and a long-lasting quality of the mold and thus of your brick.
The VTC can be used on all common standard vibration tables with board widths between 1,400 and 1,500 mm. The movable magnetic feet allow easy installation on the respective vibrating tables of the stone production lines.
