Due to the strong vibration forces, our molds are subject to high wear. To ensure high stone quality, the mold must be repaired or reconditioned when it shows signs of wear. Therefore, we offer our customers professional mold repairs. This includes e.g. the following activities

Repair of inserts, thrust pieces and frames
Repair of worn and damaged inserts with hard wire
Grinding of the surfaces of the insert/mold base to ensure flatness
Adaptation of the frame in order to be able to use the mold in a machine other than the original one
New thrust pieces (after measuring the insert)
Assembly of pressure pieces (if supplied by the customer)
Adjustment of pressure pieces (new and old) for a perfect centering
Fitting of mold top adapters so that they can be used in different machines
Electronic repairs of heated molds
